Ms. Osuji is a legal practitioner duly called to the Nigerian Bar. She graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the University of Lesotho and obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Mercantile Law & Business Crimes from the University of the Free State, South Africa in 2010.
Her main practice areas are corporate law and governance, commercial regulatory compliance, company secretarial and infrastructure advisory. Ms. Osuji has advised on various infrastructure transactions relating to the Power, transport and railway projects. Her areas of expertise involve the conduct of due diligence on projects, project structuring, public-private partnerships (PPP) options and drafting and review of the project documents including agreements. She is also strong in the area of compliance monitoring.
